At peony + olive, each piece is thoughtfully sourced and carefully packed with intention. We aim to make your delivery experience as seamless as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. During launches, restocks, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates + Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size/weight.
We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $95 within the Contiguous United States.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Standard delivery typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days after shipment.
Thoughtful Packaging
As part of our commitment to reducing waste, we aim to reuse and recycle packaging materials whenever possible. Your order may arrive in a reused box or with repurposed packing materials, carefully selected to ensure everything arrives safely.
Small Batch + Limited Quantities
Many of our pieces are produced in small batches. This allows us to maintain quality and intention, but it also means items may sell out quickly.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier and outside of our control. While we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages, we are always happy to help guide you in locating your order or filing a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are unable to reroute packages once they have shipped. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees.
